Epic author Chip Colquhoun delighted two Huddersfield schools with his storytelling, thanks to books and author visits donated by local groundworks company D Haigh & Co.

In the report published in the Huddersfield Hub, we particularly like the quote from English Lead Jenny McBride: “Even the teachers learned a lot. In these days of school budgets being squeezed and squeezed, it’s fantastic that local companies like Haigh are supporting their communities in this way.”

If that wasn’t enough, D Haigh bought their books from Bookshop.org, supporting Children’s Bookshop in Huddersfield with their purchase. What a brilliant investment in the future minds of their community!
